Payment of membership fees for Adult and 2 Adults in same family must be paid to the membership secretary before or on the 31. 03. 2011, to benefit from the reduced membership rates. If however the payment is made after this date, FULL membership fees apply.

 Annual subscriptions are due on the 1st of April and should be paid within 1 month. before end of April 2011, after this date your membership will be deemed as no longer required by yourself and you will not be a member of HLTC

2) Children & Grandchildren can benefit from this concession if they are under16, do not have senior status and have a parent or grandparent who is a full member.

 3) Juniors with Senior Status:

This category is awarded by the coaches and approved by the committee. The additional fee is payable because they are able to join senior mix-in sessions and enter senior tournaments. If you / they do not wish to take this up, then mark yourself / them as a Junior Membership only.

4) Restricted Membership for Parents of Junior Members:

This category allows parents of junior members to play with their children between 1.00 & 2.00pm on Saturdays. They may also play with their juniors at other times if there is an empty court, provided they vacate the court immediately if it is required by other senior members (who will have paid higher fees).

Please note that this fee is per parent.

5) Social membership:

This is a category for those who wish to be part of the club but who do not wish to play tennis. They will receive regular news letters and can attend social events through the year.

6) Data Protection Act:

It is useful for member’s details to be available to other members so that they can arrange games and matches. Unless you select the “NO” on details available option , your name, address, e-mail and telephone numbers may be published on the membership list. This list is placed on the Club notice board inside the clubhouse, can be distributed to other HLTC members and will also be made available in the (password protected) member’s area on the website. If you do not select the “NO” on details available option , it will be assumed that you have given your consent for your details to be made available as above.

LTA Affiliation Fees:

The subscription  includes an affiliation fee to the LTA

Matches

To play in matches you MUST be a fully paid up member before you intend to play for any of the clubs teams

A copy of the club rules are displayed on the notice board in clubhouse and can also be downloaded from the website. Extra membership forms are available in clubhouse and downloadable

Use of Club facilities:

 Club members use the tennis courts and car park at their own risk. The Club accepts no responsibility for injury or loss to persons or personal property whilst using the facilities.
